Flat Fees

List Confidently does not require any compensation upfront for our flat-fee listing service. As our valued customer, you have the option to submit the flat fee payment initially, when you select your package and submit an online order with us, or to defer the payment until your home’s closing date. Therefore, you will not receive a refund for the flat fee if you did not submit payment. If you choose to delay your payment, List Confidently will only collect the flat fee at the end of the transaction when your home sells successfully. To push your payment submission out until closing, please use the coupon code “Pay at Closing” during checkout.

When canceling your services with List Confidently, please understand that you will not receive a refund for the flat fee if you delay the charge until closing. 

Merchandise Refund Policy

If you’d like a refund for any already-purchased add-on merchandise items, including yard signs or lockboxes, you are eligible for a refund if you contact us within one to two days after purchase. Please reach out to our customer support team directly to activate your merchandise cancellation. We will dispatch your refund to the payment method used at checkout, and you should receive it in full within a few business days.


Cancellation Policy 

We hope you do not choose to cancel your listing services with us, but we understand the various reasons you may need to do so. If you’d like to remove your property from the MLS temporarily, you can quickly and easily pause your listing through your List Confidently customer account portal. Just log in to your account and update your listing status to keep our team updated; we’ll suspend your property listing until further notice. When you want to re-list, we’ll simply unpause your listing! No need to re-submit the required documentation.

Nonetheless, if you decide on permanently canceling your listing, you may request a cancellation of List Confidently’ s services at any time, free of charge. Please submit a cancellation request to our support team directly through your account portal, via email, or contact us by telephone. Once we process your request, we will remove your property from the MLS and update you with the termination notice.

Please understand that List Confidently retains the right to decline a cancellation request if your listing is under contract or pending sale with a buyer procured by a cooperating broker on the MLS.
